And I've been coaching on this with my clients for a while now. I actually thought about bringing this topic to the podcast and had sort of talked myself out of it.

Honestly, I had decided that it maybe wasn't totally appropriate or I just kind of was like, I don't know, that might be kind of like on the edges of what I really talk about here, even though I basically talk about everything as you know, now it relates to weight loss.
