0:49.3	candidate and a lot of conservatives really want them to be able to do that and funnel money

1:00.3	can't do that. Congress or does he understand what it is or what it means.
1:04.0	Congress tried doing it through an appropriations bill, but the Senate said no and then they
1:10.0	had to reconcile their bills and the final version of it did not have it in there.
1:13.9	This was, I think it was late last year when that happened, but it's still, they're still in charge and this week the GOP-led house passed another
1:26.0	appropriations bill with the Johnson Amendment repeal in it. It didn't get any
1:31.9	attention because believe it or not there was other crazy ass stuff in the news
1:36.6	But it happened again the Senate's version currently this is to fund the IRS and some other agencies.
1:43.5	They included this stipulation in there,
1:46.0	basically saying you can't go after it.
1:49.5	You can't go after any churches if the pastor promotes somebody from the pulpit with one
