0:45.7	So I thought I would give you a life update. My little boy is almost 10 months old. I have survived almost, almost a year of motherhood. It's insane,
1:01.0	y'all. Listen, a lot of you have asked about my postpartum anxiety and how I'm doing. I don't
1:06.9	remember if I've given an update here, but I will tell you that it's gotten a lot better.
1:12.8	A lot of the really aggressive intrusive thoughts have subsided.
1:16.9	And now it feels like mostly a low level humdrum anxiety when I just like think about how much I love this kid.
1:29.7	It feels a little bit like now I'm just challenging my capacity. Like my heart, I mean, it feels like it's been expanded at hundred times.
1:35.9	We are so in love with this kid. He's perfect in every single possible way. I mean, literally
1:43.6	perfection. We just are in all of him. Like, he's so
1:47.9	smart. He's already eating real solid foods. He's got his first little two teeth at the bottom of
1:54.6	his mouth. He is so funny, like so funny. And his laugh is so contagious. He has multiple laughs like his mom,
2:04.8	but there's one that's a full on belly laugh that we can't get enough of. He has started calling me
2:11.1	mum, mum, mum, mum, mum, mum. It's precious. He calls daddy, daddy, dad, all of the things for dad.
2:20.9	He is obsessed with Neil.
2:23.2	They have the cutest relationship.
2:24.9	They're already roughhousing so much.
