Yes, this is a big one. I can't believe it's taken us 270 episodes to get to this.

Now, I realize that I have been over consulting probably since day one and mostly with Jamie, mostly with my husband.

And what I realized is that when I over consult I'm trying to spare myself decision fatigue by talking things through or asking him to consult with me.

When in fact I should just make the call like I often will say to him what time should I leave for the airport when I'm traveling by myself.

It's like or what time should I run this errand on the weekend because I just don't want to bother figuring it out.

And so I sort of try to voice it off on him.

I'm consulting on something that really just doesn't need to be consulted with.

I do this with Adam and it drives him absolutely crazy.
