Anthony Scaremucci was like a shooting star in the night skies of Washington last summer.

He was appointed on July 21st as White House Communications Director, played bumper cars

with many of the central figures in the Trump administration at that time, and then found

himself bounced out by the new chief of staff, John Kelly, the mouche, as he's known by

his friends, is very much like the man he served.

He is a pugnacious New Yorker who gives as good as he gets and knows how to make good copy.

I sat down with him last week when he was visiting the University of Chicago, and we talked

about his experiences and some of the turmoil in the White House today.
