Hello and welcome to Business 300.

My name is Philip Kulenshov and this is 300 seconds about business.

We're all a busy people, so I have five minutes or less to get my point across.

This won't be perfect, but that's okay. Let me say something that might offend your inner perfectionist. When starting off, you don't need to be efficient. That'll come later. When starting

off, you just need to move. Efficiency is great when you've got momentum, systems, and clarity. But if you're at the starting line, still obsessing over the best way to take the first step, then you're not building. You're stalling. You don't need the perfect plan or the best tool. You don't need to wait until your calendar clears up next quarter. You just need to do the next right thing, however messy, slow or clunky it looks.

Progress will always feel inefficient at first.

Your first SOP will suck.

Your first cold call will fail.

Your first hire might be a miss.

But that's part of the process.

God didn't promise us smooth.

He told us to be faithful.

And there's nothing faithful about sitting on your hands in the name of efficiency.

Business founders will say things like, I'm just trying to figure out the best approach.

Okay, cool.

But you've been figuring it out for six weeks.

That's not strategic.

That's afraid.

Perfect plans that never get executed are worthless.

Progress, even the ugly kind, is what moves the mission forward.

If you're a business owner, then God told you to have dominion over your business, to steward,
