Hello and welcome to Business 300. My name is Philip Kulenshov and this is 300

seconds about business. We're all a busy people, so I have five minutes or less to get my point across.

I've only got five minutes.

There's not much time to beat around the bush, so let me be blunt.

You're not stuck.

You're just avoiding the thing you know you need to do because it's uncomfortable,

risky, or might make someone mad.

So instead, you've built this pretty little lie called stuck, and you've wrapped yourself in it like a warm productivity blanket, except the blanket is now making you sweaty

and uncomfortable. So let me help you out. Stuck is rarely real. Nine times out of 10, I don't know

what to do actually means I know exactly what to do. I just don't like the answer. Here's what that

might look like. You've known for six months that your first hire isn't working out, but firing

that means conflict, so you pretend you're thinking it through. You keep saying you need more

cleared on your positioning, but deep down, you're just scared to pick a niche and go all in. Or

you've got 14 browser tabs open about sales funnels and

content strategy, but you haven't cold emailed a single lead in a week. That's not stuck. That's you

doing mental gymnastics to avoid the hard move. Being stuck feels safe. It gives you permission to wait,

to delay, to research more, to schedule another strategy

session with yourself where you make a plan to plan the plan.

But being stuck also robs your business of momentum.

It makes every decision feel like a coin flip, and that indecision is expensive, not just

financially, but emotionally too.

Because the longer you avoid the hard thing, the heavier that thing gets.
