conditions there. The men there don't have soap. I don't mean special soap. I mean

they don't have soap at all. And even though we learn that incarcerated men are making hand sanitizer in New York,

they don't have any of that hand sanitizer for the incarcerated men at Rikers.

They are sleeping within feet of one another. The unit that this man stays on

and other units have not been cleaned or sanitized in weeks.
