Suzanne secretly planned a divorce telling friends that she feared Barry while she also maintained

an affair with an old boyfriend.

So when she vanished, Barry insisted that he was innocent, but investigators uncovered

unsettling evidence with odd cell phone activity, Barry disposing of trash in multiple locations,

and a tranquilizer dark cap found inside their dryer.

Barry was arrested in 2021, but charges were shockingly dropped due to prosecution errors until

Suzanne's remains were finally discovered in 2023.
