0:55.1	land with more than 4,000 transactions under their belt. As a matter of fact, it only took them
1:00.4	a short 18 months ago from zero to one million under ownership. In addition to their real estate
1:06.3	investment activities, Jack and Michelle have an educational business where they show average folks how to
1:11.4	make the same or larger checks from simple land and lot flips without any of the hassles and
1:16.7	complexities that come with residential investments. And equally as exciting as their land
1:21.9	investments, Jack and Michelle have recently ventured into multifamily apartments and currently
1:26.4	own 185 units of multifamily and also
1:29.5	50 plus units of single family rental units. So they've got their hands in many different pots here.
