well a guy that's been out on the veteran club in scene again at the weekend I went to

Parklife Festival on Saturday and played an absolute blinding game there day time event

yes was I the oldest bastard in the field of about eight thousand people quite

possibly but I was also tucked up in bed back at a hotel by midnight with a fucking sandwich

and woke up on Sunday feeling pretty breezy to be honest I think I played the perfect game

you know it was like it was like Formula One I had pit stops at the right time,

larger at the right time, food at the right time and I really need to probably give this up

on 46 for fuck's sake there was also a big weekend it was a big weekend for politics with Boris

stepping down being pushed stepping on a sort of gangway walking the plank essentially

being thrown into the sea by the Tory party a combination of the Tory party and the political

establishment the blob if you want to call it that and then Nicholas Sturgeon being arrested

on Sunday so luckily I mean I've got a brilliant person to discuss this with is Tom Walker aka
