So before I start talking about all the things, we're going to stop talking about all the things

because this is going to be seriously five-minute episode. What are we talking about? We're talking about your

notebooks. I use a notebook to take notes all the time. If you don't know about my brain

dumping system, it's like number three or number five episode I ever made, one of the most

impactful systems you could ever, ever, ever use in your life, in your business, in pretty much anything. And so you absolutely should go listen to that

because it's kind of like a lead into this. But basically I teach that you should only have one

notebook in your whole life for all the things. Get rid of the sticky notes. Get rid of like

multiple pieces of loose leaf paper or like a

notebook in the purse and a notebook in a bag and a notebook in the thing and a notebook in the car and a notebook in a

kitchen like ditch all of them and you're going to get one notebook and one notebook only okay that's the
