Hey everyone, it's Tiffany and welcome back to this week's episode of Raise Your Hands Say Yes.

I'm super duper excited for this topic.

It's something that I've been thinking about and talking about for a while in little bits and pieces, but

haven't yet devoted an entire episode to the idea. And I think that it's really important and

hopefully going to be really eye-opening for y'all, especially those of you who are ready to

kind of step out into a new endeavor,

but you are feeling some hesitants to do that. And I also want to point out for everyone

listening that that is all of us. We all hesitate, you know, with various things.

And I think that so much of the creative process is about just overcoming resistance and doing the work.

And I also understand and realize that just telling people to do the work, get to work, do it, just start, right?

Like, that's all great and it is important and it actually is really good advice.

But I think that what we miss out on often is what is underneath all of that.

And, you know, people aren't really talking about, yeah, just start is, is super helpful and what we all need to do.

And yet, it might take a year to get you ready to just start.

And so saying just start sometimes sort of trivializes what comes before and after. And, you know, I also say that, totally understanding that I

have told people that before, too. Just start. Just start. What are you doing? Just start.

So I want to kind of dig a little bit deeper today. A couple of housekeeping points here. Number one is that

do it anyway is my new class. And this is trying out a new class format. Actually, there's going to be a
