Michael was an inaugural member of the Florida Bar's Immigration and Nationality Law Certification committee. From 1986 to 1987, Mr. Shane was President of the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration and Lawyers Association (AILA). It was a pleasure to interview a pillar of the Florida immigration law community.
