0:02.7	It says we're living with an uncertain economy right now with experts saying that we are entering into a recession.
0:08.4	What advice would you give to young people who are just starting to figure out their careers and finances during economic times like these?
0:15.5	Yeah, I think if you're a young person, you're going to score because I think that things are getting ready to reset.
0:21.2	I don't think that we figured out how to, you know, they've been doing this quantitative easing
0:25.5	thing for 20 years where basically the way that they kind of prop up this debt economy is
0:29.8	they just print money and they don't even really print it anymore.
0:32.2	They just on a computer sheet type it in and the money is out there.
0:36.2	And so what that's caused is is things to get more
0:38.2	and more expensive and so I know young people all of the stimulus checks but all that money that
0:42.5	you receive you're going to have to pay back later in some way because the system can't just run
0:47.2	on that so I think there's going to be a hard reset that's my opinion we're preparing we're preparing
0:50.8	as a church for 23 for for bumpy roads here's the good news. I think rents have to come down.
0:56.3	I think housing prices have to come down. Those are my opinions. I'm not an economist. So I'm just
1:00.7	your pastor. You ask this question. You know, there's a lot of people, Dave Ramsey that disagree with me.
1:05.6	And I don't want to be like Dave Ramsey, who I think, you know know when he speaks on all things finance I think he gets into
1:12.2	the weeds a little bit and he gets out of his specific sweet spot which is basically payoff debt
1:17.7	you know he really really helps people who are struggling nickel and dimming their budgets rather
1:21.9	than speaking into long term you know he's not a Warren Buffett right so I don't want to pretend
1:26.0	that I'm a Warren Buffett but what Tammy and I are doing right now is we're stocking up on cash and we're ready and able
1:32.3	to invest if we have this opportunity. And so I did this in 08. Our church did this in 08. So part of
