1:30.0 | But in order to have a fuller understanding of how to work with thought and emotion in our minds, |
1:40.0 | it's helpful to place them in the framework of two overarching principles in the Buddhist teachings. |
1:49.3 | These two principles are that of relative truth and more ultimate truth. |
1:57.6 | We could also describe it as the realm of karma |
2:00.8 | in the realm of emptiness. |
2:07.4 | We could describe it as the realm of content or the realm of process. So we need to understand how to work with thought and emotion in both of these rounds on both |
