I have some really amazing systems that I love to be able to come on this podcast and share with you.

yes, it does look like having systems in place. It does look like preparedness. It does look like

time blocking. It looks like a lot of those strategic things that helps me feel, quote, unquote,

in control and balanced. But truly, there's something underneath all of that that is really core to every human.

And it's good in proper nutrition and care for you and for your body.

That can come in the form of exercise and in our spiritual and our mental health, but it also comes through

what we put into our bodies. And by that, I mean what we put in our mouths. And I am just really

passionate about this. It's something that I took to in my own life very, very early on, and I realized that it really was

giving me a leg up and a lot of different things that I was doing. And if I'm being quite honest,

it didn't always happen that way for me. I was very, very sick early in college, and I ended up

being introduced to a naturopathic medical doctor and I had a really good

friend that was eating and drinking very clean things and just was really really really caring for

their body and so I begun to learn that way of life and it is forever changed me. It's allowed me to be a better
