I think that the holidays feel like frozen noses. I love walking with the dog for long periods of time.

Hopefully it's snowing and you've got to wrap up warm. So I think a frozen nose is

then sweaty armpits because like you're wrapped up so warm but then you're climbing hamps

and heath and you get to the top and you're like and then you can see the breath

but then your nose is still freezing to touch.

I'm actually happy it's Monday. I feel invigorated and excited about this week that we have

ahead of us and I have a fire that I want that I started on Friday that I'm going to reignite today

and the fire is so good and so strong. I don't need any help. I called Delano and Royce and

Shemika and Steve Kim and Uncle Jimmy and there I ain't take the day off. Your boys got this

himself. I'm going to start a fire. A continuation of the fire I started on Friday.

It's going to be so enormous. I just wanted to smolder overnight and then I'm going to bring back

in our contributors and let them chop it up with me about a topic that's again a continuation.

If you saw Friday's show I talked about Disney and Disney's cultural influence on America and

on the sports world in particular and one of the things I regret and second guess myself

about on Friday was there was more I wanted to say before I brought TJ Moan but I made the decision

to get to the contributors and their take and cut my take short and in retrospect. As soon as the

show was over I was like man I didn't unpack that all the way the way that I wanted to unpack it

and so I'm going to do that today and then it's going to be such an enormous blaze such so much

to think about I want you as the viewers and the audience to have some time to marinate and think
