So what I think is really interesting is that Muslim women are always put off as they're pressed, right?

But the truth of the matter is, is a Muslim woman, even one that's married, can make up to six figures working.

I think they can make as much as they want actually, but let's pretend they made even six figures working.

They, even though they're making that, their husband would still have to pay for everything.

I mean, the car, the bills, or maybe her phone, her clothes, her food, everything.

Now, if she wanted to, she could give money towards the family, but for her, it would still be

considered sadaqa, like as in a, like she

gets hassan it, she gets reward. It is not an obligation. It is always his obligation 100%.

And if you ask any non-Muslim women about the way they share their expenses with their spouse,

I promise you, I have not met one that has those type of regulations. And we had those way before women's rights in the Western world.

So I have no idea why people think that we are oppressed.

So many women are living off the cultural version of who we are as Muslim women. And it is so

downplayed. It is not like what Allah, Supanama and and Allah set forth for us. And I feel like if we actually knew

just the brevity of like what we have going for us, we would have such a different

outlook on the identity that we have. And al-hambulah, I think we need to hear it

from our own people, not what people tell us about Islam from the outside, right?
