Hi, welcome back to another episode of Reality Life with K-K-C.

Hope that you guys have had a great week.

You've watched some great TV shows.

In my case, the kids have gone back to school, so I high-fived a wall.

I kicked this guy. I had a margarita.

I don't know, maybe you're somebody who just went back to college.

You blew the taco stand that is your parents' house.

You're back in the sorority house.

You are at Keg parties. You're living your best life.

I say, I salute you, September.

So I was thinking this week about shows that do not work on reality television.

I've come to the conclusion that television shows about trainers and gyms just don't work out.

It would be much the same, I would say, about a show, but a dental office.

I just think at the end of the day, of people watch reality shows as an escape.

They've had a long day at work with their kids to school work, whatever it is.

They want to sit on their couch and have a bag of twizzlers in the glass of wine or a beer.

They don't want to feel like they're being judged through their television because they eat carbohydrates.

I don't think people want to watch other people in sports bras and leggings on a treadmill.

I don't think they want to see you do stomach crunches.

It doesn't work.

I think that I can show you workout starring Jackie Warner on Bravo 2006 to 2008 as an example
