My friends today is one of those episodes that is really like an action steps

episode where I need all hands on deck where I'm asking you to chip in. Today I'm asking you to do everything you

can to help us free Myon Burrell from prison in Minnesota. He was a 16 year old boy who was wrongly arrested,

wrongly charged, wrongly convicted and jailed for a murder that he had nothing to do with.

Let's organize, let's fight, let's donate, let's do everything we can to help this young man to help his family they need us and today I'm

Breakdown. The Breakdown. I'm going to be brief today, but I have to teach you something and forgive me for thousands of you who've been listening from the very beginning who already know this lesson.

But for some of you it's going to be a new paradigm and for others it's simply going to be a confirmation of what you've already

believed, what I've already taught you. But one of the most painful

lessons I've learned over my life about the American justice system is that it was not designed to

actually provide justice to black and brown communities, not at all.

It was imagined and designed and built to punish us.

It was built as a white supremacist tool of oppression.

Consequently, anytime we try to squeeze any semblance of justice out of this system,

in the rare instance we ever get it, it gives us that justice kicking and screaming.

No justice has ever come easy for us in this country. Think about it. Who was ever

held accountable for hundreds of years and millions of instances of slavery.

Who was ever held accountable for lynching?

Who was held accountable for murdering Emmett Teal, even though the men who did it talked
