Sure. Well, to be blunt, it is insider trading, but not in the SEC sense. I mean, big shocker here, the people who make the rules made it so they can legally break the rules.

That's that's Congress for you. They are buying stocks based on inside information. The general public does not have access to and we've gone over some examples in the past.
