Summary
I feel like so many people either a) rush through their warmup to get to their training sessions, b) don't know how to warm up properly, or c) both. When you don't warm up effectively, you miss out on a huge chunk of your training potential. In today's episode, I talk to you about the benefits of/reasons behind a proper warmup, and what a good warmup should look like.

| 1:05.7 | medium is best for you. |
| 1:07.8 | So definitely reach out to me, tweet me, like comment on Instagram post. Let me know if you do like this setup I'm gonna kind |
| 1:16.2 | of gauge it just based on downloads and YouTube views and see how it performs over |
| 1:21.2 | the next you know little while with the series and see if it does seem that having it in both places is best. |
| 1:28.0 | And if not, then I will just keep it on YouTube and just keep the podcast separate. |
| 1:32.0 | But I figured it goes well with the theme of the podcast and what I do on here. |
