That's a question. It's a personal story. I am 30 years old today.

And happy birthday. Thank you so much. And when I was in college, I actually came into college, was raised by a wonderful Indian mother. She gave me some of the highest quality love and she poured that love into her meals every day.

So I grew up pretty healthy, but when I came into college,

I got into the standard American diet and I began to just have a lot of sort of dietary stress that I didn't identify it acutely at the time, but it caused me to have a lot of anxiety, a lot of depression, and because of that my cognitive performance went down, came in to college with a scholarship.

By the time I went to senior year, I lost all scholarship and I was at a point where I was going to like 50 plus job interviews and I couldn't get a single offer. and I was like I had all these wonderful
