All right, I guess it is the virus again.

But this time it's more a question of states versus the federal government.

And that's a little bit.

That mixes it up a little bit.

It's not the same material over and over.

And as somebody who wrote a book in 2010 called Nullification, well, I can't just not

comment on what's going on with regard to this.

I did have an episode about this maybe a couple of weeks ago where I reproduced my appearance

on Pete Canonas' podcast where I appeared alongside Michael Bolden.

But I want to look at what's been going on recently and elaborate on that.

And of course, that has to do with the question of who calls the shots when it comes to deciding
