0:29.0	And then what happens next is what I call the thickening, especially in women. We start to get thick all over our bodies and I'm in the middle of it thinking what the hell is happening here? I've watched it happen to my patients, I've watched it happen to most of my family members, and then it started happening to me.
0:45.6	And I have been knee-deep in trying to understand exactly what was going on, and while I had a very good understanding of the physiology of it, I've recently come across a paper
