But first things, first, we're going to start things off with the Supreme Court hearings on the constitutionality of Biden's vaccine mandates.

The Supreme Court will hear arguments over President Biden's vaccine mandates for certain businesses and medical facilities.

Those policies affect nearly 100 million workers.

There are almost two different questions before the court right now. And in a way, there's a very

narrow question before the court because there's already been lower court cases that are

making their way through. And narrowly, the court is just considering, do they issue

a stay of those lower court rulings, which confusingly would mean allowing the mandate to go through?

Because right now, if the Supreme Court does nothing, the mandates are kind of halted until

these federal courts rule on the mandates. But they can go much further and actually

rule on the constitutionality of the mandates, which most observers think they will. And from my

perspective, there's so much focus on the vaccine part of this, like how skeptical or not the

justices are of various pieces of the science of the vaccines, or the politics
