Hello and welcome to episode 159 of what most people think. I am coming to you live from

the Edinburgh Fringe. I mean that's a fancy way. I'm in Edinburgh. I'm doing a shot at

Edinburgh Fringe but I'm recording this from some fairly shitty student accommodation. Now that

might be a bit misleading. It's all right here but the main thing is that I'm tight so I'm

actually living about half an hour outside the main bit and it's got a weird, the place I'm

staying is reasonably priced but there's a reason if you know what I mean. It's got a strange

communist vibe to it. It's got everything you need but it's a very small living space and it's

sad. Just a little reminder of the way that the economic headwinds are all moving towards the

government paying for stuff. It just reminds me that we might all end up with less. That is often

the end game of communism. So yeah, I've been doing my show at the Fringe and it's been great. I'm

recording this on Tuesday in the first five dates of sold out. This week is mostly sold out so if

you're up do check for tickets. It would be good to see you there and of course being me at the

Fringe. It's so great because people often think that I would hate the Fringe but it's a

wonderful place to feel edgy even if you're not. I'll give you an example. There's a bit in my

show. I've got a line where I say you know obviously there are multiple genders but tonight for

the sake of argument let's just say there are two. It's a playful provocative line which out on

tour got a round of applause often you know for somebody just saying something which a lot of

people would see to be common sense but Edinburgh gets a gasp and I get to I get to sort of like

cosplay as a fucking edge lord you know. Oh Norco. He's gone too far this time. He's going to get

cancelled for saying stuff that pretty much most people think but speaking of cancellation

a lot of you will be aware of what's happened with Jerry Sattavitch's show up here. He had two shows

and after the first one they were complaints walk out so we're going to discuss all of that and

...
