On this episode of the Dr. Tina show, I got to sit down with Dr. Taylor Bullock.

He is in his final year residency in dermatology and I discovered

0:15.4

him recently on Instagram and I absolutely love his content and so I had to get him on the

0:20.0

show. Dr Bullock just has a very common sensical approach and when I got talking to him I realized he had a more interesting background in nutrition and actually a more holistic perspective whether he realizes it or not. His Instagram is

0:33.8

phenomenal. I've learned so much and the reason I brought him on was because you

0:37.3

guys were asking for a more thorough discussion around skin cancer, melanoma

0:42.3

in particular since I had shared out last year that I'd had a melanoma scare that turned out to not be melanoma, thank God.

0:48.0

0:58.8

which I do not apologize for but we had a great candid discussion all about neuromodulators, and as well, we talked about different

1:06.8

skin care options for those of us who are trying to age optimally.

1:10.0

So I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

1:12.2

1:19.4

I have to admit, though, I failed to tell them

1:21.5

to consume more electrolytes so they could actually

1:23.4

absorb the water they were drinking. I've since come to realize that

1:26.6

optimal hydration isn't just about drinking water, it's about water and electrolytes.
