CMO of the Mental Health League, a retail company that creates sportswear for people to rally around

mental health. She's also the founder and executive director of Yoga Foster, a national non-profit

that brings yoga and mindfulness to schools to combat the growing mental health crisis

So, Nicole, first off, can you tell us a little bit more about what mental health league is and the mission behind it?

Yeah, absolutely.

My co-founder, Mike Fosters and I started the Mental Health League about six months ago

after we were traveling traveling and he was talking

about his journey with bipolar disorder.

And somehow, I don't know how we got to it, but somehow came across this idea of like,

how cool would it be if you could wear something that said like the bipolar bears just as a way

to see other people that have, you know, that are, you know, identify with a bipolar disorder,

whether it's type 1 or take 2, and just have a way to kind of build community and show support.

And we started talking about it a little bit more and thought, how neat would it be if we were

able to use that whole analogy of sports to mental health?

Because in many ways, you know, people living with a mental health

condition are dealing with it 24-7 through 65. There's really no off-season. And it's something

that you do have to practice at every day. So there's a lot of analogies in terms of how you look at
