that because I'm sitting here with Amy Errett who is founder and CEO of Madison Reed and if you listen to radio in addition to

podcasts then you absolutely know who she is she's started this beauty brand that is revolutionizing the hair color space and I met Amy a few months ago in California

I was moderating a panel at Mika Brzinsky's Know Your Value Conference.
