I'm Ragoomarkas, the host of the podcast.

Now we have a podcast from what is it June 1978 and I keep thinking, boy, given all of

what's going on here with Rondas leaving us the end, you know, what six weeks ago or something,

that there's all of this material, all of these talks, audio, video, that we have still not

combed through all of it and we keep finding all of these gems.

It's pretty graceful.

However, that happened, I don't know, Rondas, I don't know if he initiated all of this, I think

different people came and said, hey, we record this.

Okay, good.

And here we go, 50 years later, more, what do my timer, 52 years, I mean, he's 1968, he started

when he came back from India.

This talk that Rondas gave back in 1978 was around social responsibility and the Shaker

Town Pledge.

Have you ever heard of the Shaker Town Pledge?

I think dimly I heard of it, you know, but I really wasn't familiar with it and this

is just, and this is represented by the Quakers.

And the Quakers had that great meditation where you tune into that still small voice within.

Yeah.

And this is another great thing that Rondas did.

He just, he put himself into as many different traditions as possible and absorb them and

then so much of his work is just really part of what Maharajee gave us, Nimkur Ali Baba,
