1:00.0	So today, our brains may be a little bit fried because we are doing, this is the first part of a two-part series on the IFB beliefs about heaven and hell. And I sat down to write these episodes
1:15.2	and I thought that I would be able to present a full and complete historical primer on the
1:25.4	concepts of heaven and hell in Christianity at large. That hubris is
1:31.3	incredibly on brand for me. I was not able to make a comprehensive list of all of that
1:42.6	because it would be like two six hour episodes.
1:45.9	But what we are talking about is the IFB beliefs on heaven and hell.
1:49.2	And we're going to dig into where those beliefs came from, what they are rooted in.
1:55.9	What influenced the people who spoke the words that are still quoted about heaven and hell, what influenced the writers of scripture.
2:06.8	I think it's going to be really interesting today.
2:09.5	We are starting off with the IFB beliefs on heaven.
2:13.2	Yes, we just had a big episode about hell last week.
2:17.2	And so we didn't want to do hell two weeks in a row because, you know,
