0:09.7	old Chad. Chili's on his way out. He's not here yet. Blake's PT and at the CrossFit
0:17.8	Gym. And I had some things on my heart that I wanted to share with you guys because
0:25.4	you guys that listen to this podcast are very special to me. And I genuinely care about
0:36.1	everyone who takes the time to tune in to this show and to listen to our words. And it's
0:46.5	a great responsibility that I take very seriously. And so this is what is on my heart today.
0:57.1	I haven't done a solo comms check episode in months and months if not even maybe a year.
1:06.9	These are tough because it's only my perspective and it's only my opinion and it's only my
1:13.4	belief which is sort of a dangerous place to be because I love to have other men and women
1:21.6	that I trust around me to just check my perspective and the things that I say I think that's very
1:29.9	important which is why we usually have more people on here. But this is my attempt at just reaching
1:38.8	out to you guys as I I turned to a piece of scripture this morning. And it was a part of scripture
1:47.1	that I have never read before. And it was very interesting because I simply was sitting in the
1:53.0	parking lot of the gym. I generally go out drive to the gym in the morning early and I get to the
2:00.5	gym about 30 minutes early and I sit out sometimes in the parking lot or sit in the coffee shop
2:07.7	if I stop there and I study my Bible, a study scripture or pray for that half an hour.
2:17.1	So I just opened my Bible this morning, turned to this page and it was in the book of Isaiah.
2:25.0	And Isaiah chapter 24 specifically and I never remember reading this but it impacted me greatly
2:33.1	which is why I want to share it with you guys. And you know there's a lot of things going on right now.
2:42.8	And in the world and a lot of things have been going on in the world since the beginning of
2:50.0	human history, right? It's a scary place. It's been a scary place. The facade of safety is just
2:58.8	simply an illusion. It is what it is. But we are the few that have hope in Christ.
