1:21.8	And we're in like super growth mode and we just set some really large lofty goals for ourselves. It's a five-year goal we just said about a month and a half ago.
1:29.4	And our goal is to basically make it to the top 20 of operators in terms of our size of our
1:35.1	holdings.
1:35.6	And that would be 10,000 mobile home lots under ownership and management.
1:39.6	So next five years, we're going to take our portfolio from about 1,000 today to 10,000 in five years.
1:45.9	And the reason why I'm telling you guys, this is because we need help.
