0:39.5	like we just saw in Buffalo, New York, it's awful.
0:43.1	It's like a gut punch to see these innocent people
0:46.0	who were just going about their businesses,
0:48.0	going about their business just gunned down.
0:50.2	They're victims of these horrific crimes.
0:53.9	At the same time, when it's children who are targeted,
