Summary

Start Your Transformation Now Have you ever wondered why you’re so unhappy at times? Have you often wished you were happier? Well, it’s possible, and you can be because your happiness is 100% reflective of your internal state. It does not come from outside of you, it comes from with it which means it’s an absolute choice to what degree you’re going to be happy. The Buddha said something along the lines of “Your greatest causes of suffering is attachment.” What do you ATTACH to? Homes, cars, money, people, ideas, beliefs? The biggest cause of suffering for most is that they attach to “things” and when the things are not aligned with how they think they should be, they are then happy and “suffering.” In this episode I discuss: [4:27] Your expectations of others and things [11:45] Separating your outcomes from your expectations [18:19] Letting go of attachment to your stories [28:03] Letting go of fear, worry and the past and future [29:00] Being in the moment and in the perfect place and time now [29:21] Letting go out of attachment to outcomes Transformational Takeaway: “You are only to perform your duty without an eye on their fruits.” — Bhagavad Gita Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?
