In this interview episode, Michelle interviews Michelle Pillepich, a 'non-diet' dietitian, on all things body image, developing a healthy relationship with food, and eating disorder recovery. We talk about the importance of intuitive eating and not labeling foods 'good' or 'bad', having a healthy balance with eating instead. We also discuss the danger of following fad diets or looking to social media influencers for diet advice.
