Hi everyone, welcome to Baton Paper Podcast. I'm Becca Freeman and I'm Grace Atwood.

And we're here with some advice today. We are talking about ruts. And apparently everyone

is in a rut, I think myself included because we got so many questions in what like 12 hours

from when we posted on Instagram when we're recording right now.

It was crazy. So it seems like this is a really popular subject. So hopefully we can give

some good advice. Hopefully. I don't think we can make it through all of the questions.

But the themes of the questions gave us some good ideas for follow-up episodes and we're

saving all of the questions we got even if we don't answer them right now. But thank you

for submitting them. And I think we might try this some more just like picking a broad topic

and then asking for specific questions. It seems like it worked out really well.

Yeah, this was fun. So this is another remote episode. If you can't tell, I'm in a closet

in Florida and Grace is in Brooklyn. I'm at the table missing Becca.

But we have wine. Yes, we both have wine and we had a little Google hangout before we recorded.

So it was like work together. Yeah, there's nothing like drinking wine in a closet to feel

well adjusted. That's what you want your advice from. Yes.

It's not great. So before we get into it, should we view some highs and lows?

So I still don't have very many highs. Things are tough going here in Florida.

But and this isn't going to sound like a high. But my uncle's best friend came down from Connecticut

and is staying with me. And you might not think that having a new 70-year-old roommate that you

don't really know is a high, but I am so grateful to have someone else to go out to dinner with

and to have somebody to commiserate about how awful this is. So it is my high, but my bar for
