Summary

New interview featuring me! Isabel von Rittberg is a good friend of mine and the host of Kegels and Coffee. She interviewed me on her podcast earlier this year to talk about my experience with my first-ever panic attack in December of 2021. We talked about what led up to the panic attack and how it was a wake-up call for me, how to stay sane while getting the work done, and much more. *This was one of the most vulnerable interviews I’ve done. And it’s one of my favorites. Hope you enjoy :) Listen to more episodes of Kegels and Coffee! kegelsandcoffee.com

Hello, friends. Happy holidays. I hope you're enjoying a restful holiday with friends and family, wherever you're tuning into this. I'm still on my holiday break. I'm taking a couple weeks off of publishing new episodes. So I thought this week would be a great opportunity to repost one of my favorite interviews that I've done recently.

0:25.1

Today's episode is an interview that I did with my friend Isabel on her podcast, Kegles and Coffee.

We actually recorded this almost a year ago. This was recorded in late January of 2022. And I remembered

0:40.5

really enjoying the conversation and it was really fun to revisit this conversation with Isabel.

0:48.7

This is one of the more vulnerable episodes I've done in a way, talking about my first ever panic attack that I experienced almost exactly a year ago today.

1:01.6

This happened on December 23rd of 2021.

1:06.8

And it's something I haven't talked about on The Nugget yet.

1:10.1

So I figured it would be helpful

1:12.3

to share it here, share the conversation and that experience and what I took away from it.

1:20.1

Anyway, I'll leave my intro at that. I'm going to just roll Isabelle's entire episode,

1:26.7

including her intro, which talks a little bit more about the episode that you're about to hear.

1:32.9

Be sure to check out Isabelle's podcast if you enjoy this conversation.

1:38.1

It's called Cagels and Coffee.

1:40.6

You can find it at cagelsandcoffee.com.

1:43.7

So check that out if you want to hear more

1:45.6

great conversations from Isabel. All right, happy holidays once again, and I hope you enjoy.

Welcome back to Kiggles and Coffee. My name is Isabel and I'm your host. Some of you may wonder why it has been months since I last published. And to tell you the truth, my life has felt a little bit like confetti thrown up into the air. But I'm back and really excited to share some inspiring conversations

I've had this year. I met Stephen Dimmit and Rifle at a campfire, and before realizing

2:25.8

who he was the host of the Nugget Climbing podcast, I started telling him about my podcast

2:31.6

idea. He immediately started geeking out with me, and I learned

2:35.6

so much just that night. Stephen became a good friend and also a mentor. I don't think I would

2:42.6

be where I'm at with my podcast today without his help. Aside from all the technical support,
