and White. JT was about as humble and funny as it gets while explaining that the band was about

as green as they come when they recorded this song.

They had never made a record before, yet were convinced that they knew best, which didn't sit

well at the time with producer Sean O'Keefe.

I mentioned to J.T. that it's this struggle,

this tension that sometimes yields the most amazing results.

And case and point, Ohio is for lovers is the song that the band is most known for.

A song that according to J.T. didn't even have lyrics to until the night before he recorded the vocal.
