so sharp that cuts escrow fees in half. Emma, CEO of M-Pignatas and escrow. The only person who can

negotiate a price reduction while

teetering on eight-inch heels on a glass platform. Chelsea, consistently wearing leather, doesn't

like to get involved in other people's relationships because it would only highlight that her

ex-husband seemed like someone who's the subject of a dateline investigation. Nicole, laser-focused, rulebook ready, and here for the comps like a forensic scientist

with lip gloss. She brings receipts, highlights, and a very calm with all due respect.
