Today we're going to talk about hidden avoidances, hidden rituals, and how you can often start

Just in little nooks and crannies of your daily life, this is a common thing that I usually

find in the instances where I do work with people one on one.

We wind up uncovering little things just in daily life, sometimes in the waking up routine,

sometimes in just the way you move through your home.

The little bits of avoidance and rituals that you've sprinkled throughout your day, even
