Beliefs are much like the apps we use on our smartphones; some we absolutely love, but some go glitchy and don’t serve us anymore, and we have the ability to simply stop using them. I’m showing you how to diffuse yourself from your beliefs, and inviting you to see all the choices available to you when you start seeing beliefs as separate from who you are.
