Hey guys, welcome back to the pod. Happy Friday. How is everyone's week going? Gosh, this week is just, I mean this month is flying by. I feel like I have no grasp of time. I feel like it's just already gone. I don't know. It's insane. I guess time flies when you're having fun, but Jesus Christ. I had the best weekend last weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out to the Soul Cycle.

I fucking love Soul Cycle because I love anywhere that you can pretend that you're in a club. Okay. I absolutely love to get sweaty and thrash my body to mashups with you guys, especially. If I could, I would always work out with you guys because then I feel I'm not going to lie. I feel a little bit like I have to do a good job. If you don't know what I'm talking about, we did a Soul Cycle right in the hamptons together.

And I just feel like I have to do a little bit of a good job, but I also feel very secure because I feel like nobody's judging me because all of you guys are nice. So it was amazing. And it was Sam Y and I felt a little embarrassed when I saw him because I've spoken on fucking public radio and my podcast being like, oh, back in the day, Sam Y was so hot. I used to flirt with him while he was on the bike because I used to ride with him in New York when I lived here. And I asked Lauren. I said, oh, who's doing the class? She said Sam Y was like, okay, perfect.

And when I saw him, I was like, hey, you don't remember me and he was so gracious. He was like, no, I remember you. I was like, you don't. It's fine. You teach a million classes a day. But he's still, he's still got it, baby. He's aging backwards. I mean, the man is pure muscle. It's insane.

And he's also just like a perfect Soul Cycle instructor. You know, he gives you exactly what you want. He gives you that Taylor Swift mashup. He gives you Rihanna when you feel like your legs are about to fall off.

He takes off his shirt at just the right time. He is made for Soul Cycle. And honest to God, he took me to church that day. It was amazing. So big, big shout out to Sam, my big shout out to Ali for helping us with the event. It was amazing. And then

Baja, my girlfriend came out for the weekend and we have the most chill opposite weekend to the fourth weekend ever. Like we just chilled. We just ate good food. We did the Soul Cycle. We went to round swamp farm. And everyone has been saying this is rich mom dreams. Okay, round swamp farm is it. And you know what? You guys are absolutely fucking right. I died and went to heaven. Holy fuck. I have never seen berries merchandise like that.

I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if they individually did a little shining on each berry because they were so bright and sparkly. But the real star of the show here is the pre prepared foods. Okay, I'm not going to lie.

This place makes air one look like whatever it the food. Oh my God, we got fish sticks, which I love a fish stick. And if you don't like fish sticks, fuck right off. Okay, because there are delicious street for adults that reminds us of being a child. I love a fish stick. It's a delicious protein filled snack. The brother of chicken fingers much overlooked might I add. Right? Everyone's always like, Oh, chicken fingers. And look, me too. I fucking love chicken fingers.

But a fish stick is special heaven, a good one too. I'll tell you why because you can put it in tart. You can put it in steves like why are you talking about fish sticks so much.

You can put it in tart or sauce or ketchup. And that's to me, that's versatility. So we got those we got a pizza. We got some summer salads. We got some shrimp. And we just laid by the pool. We made

some spritzes. We listened to music. We just caught up. We went to a lazy early dinner at Nick and Tony's with a bunch of our friends. Girls dinner, bunch of martinis, movies, bed. And then on Sunday, we went on a really long walk, which was so special and delightful.

And just looked at all the hydrangeas. We went to clam bar, had the best diet coke I've had in recent memory, holy fucking shit. It was so good. And then we just watched more movies. It was fantastic. Oh, and then we went to Fini's pizza. That place you got to go. They have one in Brooklyn. They have one in Amaghan set. And it's truly the best. I like a thin crust pizza. I don't like, I'm sorry. I love Chicago. You guys know I love you so much.

It's too much dough. I don't like it. It's too it's too thick for me. I like a crispy thin slice where the toppings you're like worried they're going to slide off because it's so like saucy and cheesy.

Highly recommend going and then my mom came out, which is so fun. She's out there right now with the cats and she I've never been in the Hamptons before. So it's really fun to take her around and show her everything. We went a lot of walks and I just showed her all the spots that I've been enjoying going, which is really, really special. And it's just really, really cool to have this house and have all my friends kind of come in and out and have another group of friends coming out this weekend.

Hopefully my weird cold has gone by then, but yeah, it's been it's been really good.

Everyone's talking about Jonah Hill this week and I went back and forth on whether I was going to say anything because I don't really cover celebrity gossip anymore and that's by design. I just I don't feel like that's really where I'm at or where my passion is and I guess the easiest way for me to sum it up is this.

If one of you guys called the show and said hey, tanks, my boyfriend is sent me these texts. He's demanding that I don't post pictures of myself in a bikini. He's kind of controlling like who I can hang out with and where I can hang out with them.

You know, what do you think about this? I would say that guy sounds like a jerk. That guy sounds like a controlling asshole and I think you should break up with him.

That's what I would say. I really thought about it. If you if one of you guys called and said, you know, this and that and if you said I'm a surfer, you know, it's part of my job and I love it. Even if you weren't a surfer, I would say this guy sounds really controlling.

I don't know why he thinks he has any right to say jack shit about your body, your Instagram, your friends, the way you spend your time.

I would say you need to you need to break up with this guy and same with one of my friends. I mean, obviously I'd give the same advice to my friends, but you know, absolutely not no way know how new paragraph.
