Summary

This week, I invite you to not only learn to honor your no but applaud yourself for practicing it. Honoring you is a vital part of healing your mind-body-spirit and a huge thing for us to celebrate. I’m showing you why saying no feels so challenging right now, why putting yourself chronically last is not loving, and how to begin living from integrity.
