Caroline, welcome to the show. Hi Ann, thank you so much for having me today.

Oh, well I'm just delighted you could come. Caroline, tell us a little bit about

yourself in your background. I'm a mom. I'm a pastor's wife. I am a former

teacher and I'm a children's author. I live in New Mexico. I grew up here. We left

for a number of years when my husband was in seminary and had pastures and

here and there and everywhere, but we're back here in town and life is good.

I'm glad to hear it. Now how does reading fit into that life as a parent and an

author? Oh, reading is my greatest joy. It's just, it's just everything that I

love. If I were to describe what reading is like for me, it feels like a

really private experience where it's something that I can just be with the

book and I'm experiencing this whole world on my own, but I also really
