They are amazing, K-K-C!

Welcome back to another episode of Reality Life with K-K-C.

I hope that you guys have had a great week.

This morning I drove down to Coronado Beach, California.

My dear friend Greg had a change of command ceremony.

I cannot believe my friend is a commander in the Navy.

It's insane.

He's a pilot, so for the ceremony, we're right on the water.

I watched as his plane landed in front of us, and he got out in his flight suit in a leather

jacket and walked right up to the podium and delivered this amazing speech.

And I cried my face off.

I could not believe it.

And the funny thing about it is I looked back at all the pictures.

And let me just tell you two days ago, I went back to Dr. Zalkin to get my second round

of my photo-facial because you know I'm trying to get rid of the basil cell cancer spots,

the potential ones on my face.

So the numbing cream apparently didn't work that well, and it felt like someone was

punching me in the face.

My face is so red.

I look like Eric Stoltz in mask.

And so when I looked back at the pictures at the end of this day, I looked like a meatball

face.
