Hello everyone, this is Rago Marquist, host of Ramdhas's here and now podcast, new podcast

today and before I get into this talk from Ramdhas which is from 1995, I just want to talk

about something that I just got back or we just got back from Ohio, California, where we

had a retreat at Hunamon Gardens and it was so spectacular not to use too much hyperbole but we do

these retreats and everybody should be aware of them, they're quite wonderful, there's something

that Ramdhas asked us to do, they're called the Ohio Hunamon Garden Ramdhas immersion retreats, so they're

kind of like start on Thursday, they end on Sunday nights and we do one in the spring and one in the

fall and they are an opportunity for a more intimate group which Ramdhas wanted, I think there's so somewhat just

under a hundred people in this beautiful property in Ohio that Hari and Lakshmi, Jan Chely, have provided and they

built a beautiful Spanish house with this fantastic living room which is the meeting room where we share

Ramdhas media and talk about it and have Dharma teachers, Meribai, Star was there, Saraswati, my beautiful wife was

there teaching yoga and Pranayam and did an incredible session with Benji Werthheimer and Heather of Shantala who did the

Kirtan and the music, so I can't say enough about this and we do, we did film some so we're going to have some

footage so everybody can kind of get an idea of what it is we did, this particular theme of this retreat was from Ramdhas

from his Naropa sessions in 74 and the theme was around the state of Brahman that which cannot be described, I like it better than the word God

which a lot of people have a problem with including me and it also was around the cessation of the turnings of the mind

which of course we talk about a lot and Ramdhas of course has explicated it better than most teachers that I know

so yeah this ohi thing so yeah if the next one's April 4th through 7th look out for it being announced towards

the end of the year this year being 2018 and there is limited room but you know keep an eye out

and that leads me to the next to the other retreat that Saraswati has been leading people over

following in Ramdhas his footsteps into the Himalayas into the beautiful area that is so so special to us where Ramdhas met Maharajini
