1:48.4	haven't, but God's eternal plan of redemption is going off without a hitch. Now, today marks the
1:53.6	beginning of what some may refer to as Pride Month. And this is a month where those who call
1:59.4	themselves LGBTQ celebrate their sexuality,
2:02.6	and that sexuality is conflated with identity. And so today we will look at where the movement
2:08.2	is for America, for worse in some ways, but also for better in other ways, so that we Christians
2:14.0	can know how to pray, how to minister, how to speak, how to shine light
2:18.3	in the darkness. Now, for Christians, we celebrate today like we do every day. This is the day
2:23.4	that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. And when we think of pride, we don't
2:30.5	think of pride month. We don't think pride and sexual so-called identity. We think of the
2:36.0	vice that comes before failure. When we look to the rainbow, we think of God's promise to Noah and to the
2:41.7	whole world that never will he flood the earth again and that he's faithful to keep his promises.
2:47.1	When we think of love, we don't follow it up with some kind of circular, meaningless mantra
2:52.2	is love.
2:53.6	We think of that which is never prideful and never boast, never rejoice and wrong, and is
2:58.6	always patient and it's always kind.
3:00.7	We think of God who tells us that he is love, 1 John 4-8, and therefore he alone has
3:06.3	the authority to define it. And when we see this acronym,
3:09.8	LGBTQ, we don't see sexual identities to celebrate. We see image bears of God who are pursuing
